Parametrica designs and manufactures parametric benches, modular seating, green islands and small architectural forms for public and commercial spaces. Every model is our own design: the geometry is computed, cut on a CNC router, then sanded and oiled by hand. We work to order — a project can use a catalogue model as it is, the same model adapted to a given dimension, or a shape drawn for the space.
Our own workshop in Almaty, Kazakhstan. It is a craft workshop rather than a production line: segments are milled, numbered and assembled by hand, and every piece passes personal quality control. Material is moisture-resistant plywood of emission class E1 with steel fixings; the finish is oil — teak or walnut — never lacquer, so the grain stays warm and the surface can be renewed.
Ruslan Satikov, architect by training, designs every model himself — from the first curve to the finished form. The studio works under the name Parametrica; the legal entity is Parametrica LLP, Almaty.
Manufacturing takes 10–60 working days depending on the model and quantity. Pieces ship flat-packed anywhere in the world, EXW Incoterms 2020, Almaty, and are assembled on site by our team or by yours, guided by video. Interior pieces carry a 12-month warranty.
